"Bathe In The Fire is the intensely emotional and hard-rocking solo project of vocalist, songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist and Berklee College of Music grad Scott Wells.  Wells wraps the spirit of the blues in a blanket of alternative rock sounds and does fine work turning real human angst and despair into hard-hitting art. The eight songs on the new Bathe In The Fire release Temporary show Wells to be a master of his craft who is well able to use his skills to communicate authentic humanity without turning the album into merely a technical showcase." - Mike O'Cull (Sounds of Chicago)

"Some of the best music I've heard"

Bathe in the Fire's album "Temporary" is  available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play and all other steaming/download platforms

Hey, I'm Scott. Thanks for checking out my latest release. Here's a little background on myself and this album. I've been actively writing and performing with multiple bands since 2000. I formed my first band after watching my older brother, Jeron, play with his group at a local show. We lost Jeron to suicide in 2006 and music was my cathartic outlet. I wrote the song "Temporary" around that time to remind myself that "this, too, shall pass." My brother remains a constant source of inspiration for me. I feel it's my duty to pursue this dream for the both of us.

Bathe in the Fire is my personal project of which I have complete artistic freedom. I self-produce and perform most of the parts myself. That said, no man is an island and there are a few people I'd like to thank. First, my wife's support has been vital. Next, thanks to my long-time friend (and band mate in Moiré Effect) Drew who helped with the drums and lead guitar on "If You Could Only See." My buddy Dave from Broken Choice performed the solo on "Never Come Down." Lastly, I'd like to thank my professor, Sean Slade, for his guidance on this project.

I've met and played with many amazing musicians over my career. I started this record label to give us a platform to legitimize our efforts. It's a very small, independent effort. We are regular people with jobs and families. Your support and fandom means the world to us.
